Overall good place to live, maintenance will come right away if there is a problem, they salt the stairs and sidewalks during the winter, clean all the fallen leaves in the fall, beautiful trees during the summer, covered first come first serve parking. I live upstairs and I've hardly seen any bugs, super happy about that. Really nice staff, very attentive, and fun little potlucks in the office as well.
