If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are very rude and un welcoming. On Monday September 19th, I reached out to the salon to ask if they could do my daughters hair for picture day. I was a bit weary because the last time we had her hair done there they were very unpleasant but they did a good job. The person on the phone said they could not because they needed to pick up their child the next day. I've never been treated so rudely by a woman who says she's "Bana". My daughter in law showed her a Pic which Bana requested. Mind you my granddaughter is five years old. She quoted 160 bucks for box braids in back and corn rolls in front. I said absolutely not it's at the least a 1 hour job. Then she goes on to tell me in a harsh tone if she cries I'm not doing it. Love my hair! The place is very nice and clean. The service was great! My hair came out just like the photo. Bana also made me feel comfortable also while I’m 6 months pregnant.
