Love our sheets and towels
Stuff looks good online, so I went ahead and redeemed some gift cards, only to find out they don't accept them. I heard the same excuse as others: that it's because it's a Shopify site. Okay, that was seven months ago. Get it together.
I was pleasantly surprised that BR does furniture. Having very bad experience with Pottery Barn decided to try BR Home. And let me tell you BR Home quality and customer service were above and beyond. We got coffee table and few month later dining table. So happy with the purchase. Now shopping for the dining chairs. Hopefully will find in BR Home something that fit my table. Wow! What a mess!! Distributor says it’s at the delivery warehouse… delivery warehouse says they have no record that it’s there. No one will answer the phone, return calls, respond to emails. BRHOME customer service was no help at all...all three are running me around in circles and blaming the other. I have no idea what to do next... PLUS - the total amount of the purchase was charged to my credit card months ago! I expected a company like GAP/Banana Republic to do better than this. So frustrated and disappointed...
