Not this location at all..... Banana republic in Tallahassee mall has poor customer service. My mom beep coming in. Gave the associates her bag (from a totally different store) while she looked around. Got her bag back. Beep leaving out and waited for the associates to come up to her. They were all standing around talking to each other and laughing. So she left. Disappointing customer service. I went in yesterday, and bought a couple of dress shirts. I washed them both using the recommended washing instructions before wearing them, and the collar completely frayed on one of the shirts. When I tried to exchange the shirt for a new one, the manager told me I couldn't exchange clothing that had been previously worn/ washed. Truly disappointing.
