I used to love Banana Nails but my recent experience has made me change my tune. First- I scheduled with a new artist, due to scheduling constraints on my end. I showed the picture of the pretty basic nail art I wanted and she completely butchered it. My nails were structurally well done but the art looked nothing like the picture. They did step up, and get me in a couple of days later to fix it, at no additional charge, which I massively appreciated, but I had to carve out an extra hour of my time to get back in. Olha was amazing. Very detail oriented, she fixed my broken toe nail. It’s the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten and will be returning for my next and future appointments.
