owner doesnt know how to ruin a business. high prices for ***** sofas
The Banana Furniture Heavenly couch is not as advertised - there are serious quality issues with the fabric quality, color, and durability. I've been going back and forth with the owner, ****, for over 9 months about the numerous quality issues and he continues to make false promises that are not kept. Every time I reach out he makes promises that he will deliver a new product but when that date comes and goes he just blames it on "supply chain" or "COVID" issues and pushes out the date even further. It took 6 months (4 months longer than promised) to get my $8000 couch and when it came, it was in the wrong color. I can understand the challenges that can occur with the shipping containers from ***** but there was no communication at all from this company unless several emails or texts were sent to them literally begging for updates. When it arrived in the wrong color, without any indication in advance of it coming in the wrong color, I was told that covers in my chosen color would arrive shortly and that was 2 months ago... read more
