Guy at the body shop offered to do a car wash with a coating that will stay on the car for around 6 months, said it's $50 but he would give me a deal and do it for $35. I agreed and after he was done and I paid him, he said he did a regular car wash and that he didn't do a coating. I asked him for a partial refund since he didn't do a coating, he then had a huge attitude with me but gave me $20 back since he didn't do the coating.
This auto shop is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and fails to deliver promised services on time or as expected. The owner insists on cash payments and disregards customer concerns, while the team’s poor workmanship and rude behavior make for an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly advise against going here—even for minor repairs—as they are dishonest and do not care about customer satisfaction.
I will not recommend anyone here, the owner and the service team, they are horrible, liars, unprofessional and they will never deliver the work they promised on time and to the customer expectations. Especially the owner will tell you we don’t take card or Zelle or cashApp, he will make sure you paid them cash, and they will not deliver the work. I took my car here for auto body repair.
