Rocky has been cutting my hair for more than 15 years since when they were at their previous place by Wright College. Best Flat Top anywhere and I will wait weeks even if Rocky isn't available. I'm very particular with my FlatTop since the 80s Marine Corps days I haven't and will not change that style. Again The Best Flat Top anywhere.
