They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been a customer at this office for almost 20 years. I've never had a complaint about the place that comes to mind. Dr. Ban is a kind, caring, and technically proficient dentist. When I have been in pain he has quickly found a way to accommodate me, appointment or not. If he is uncomfortable with his expertise at a procedure he'll tell you. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I would highly recommend Dr. Ban to anyone interested in getting the highest quality of dental care!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
