Buyer Beware!!! In June 2023 my husband and I took our riding mower *********** in for repair to Mow and Snow. We used a self propelled mower all summer on a 1/2 acre lot while awaiting repairs. We were given an estimate of $300 for the repair. I will only use this shop for my repairs. I was given this shop reference by my mailman and it has been a blessing. Allen (the owner) has always been more than fair in pricing of his services. During peak season he will tell you that it might take week’s which will give you an opportunity to check with other shops. That’s honesty-not excuses. He’s a small shop owner doing his best.

Dishonest seller. Scam artist. Seller has wrong item description online. Sells product. Buyer received the wrong product then charges double the shipping to return it. Buyer has to email the seller days after seller received item to get refund. The seller then charges double the shipping to return the item. This is a scam. seller makes the money on selling wrong item and and again on the shipping hoping the seller wont put up a fight. Have all documentation and correspondence to back up the claim

Allen wants nothing to do with waranty work. Brought my craftsman pushmower in because the gear box up front was leaking oil. I brought it in for them to replace it under waranty only to get it back with nothing more than "some bolts being tightened". Even though this was covered under the manufacturer's waranty they then tried to charge me $40 for "tightening some screws" so I had to follow up with the lady who does their secretary work and she admitted they made a mistake.
