Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bamford Wellness Spa at 1 Hotel San Francisco. Everything was simply exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Jocelyn for her outstanding customer service — truly attentive, kind, and professional. The therapists, the atmosphere, and every detail were flawless. I highly recommend this spa 100% for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and high-quality experience.
I started with a search of the best hotel with a spa in sf and I chose Bamford and they exceeded expectation. All the was welcoming and very genuine. Did the couples massage with my fiancé and it was amazing! The massages we got were honestly one of the best ones we’ve ever gotten. They offered us tea and light snacks and chocolate strawberries after the service. This place really ties into the brand and elevated the experience here at 1 Hotel.
Now let’s give flowers to this top tier hotel! This hotel was simply beautiful! It’s simplicity with neutral tones and nature vibes was so serene. Bamford Spa located inside the hotel was truly an experience. They literally touched mind, body and spirit! I was greeted by the most welcoming ladies. Oh my goodness! Amal has the hands of an angel. This was the best massage i've ever received in my life. The massage table was heated and extremely comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the amenities were top-shelf. Decompressing in the heated stone single bathtub in the cold San Francisco air was the perfect way to end my spa experience.
