I had several plumbing issues in a 1950s home, including a slow kitchen drain, drain cleaning, replacing older piping, new shutoff valves, a faucet install, and new hose bibs with interior shutoffs. Doug is the BEST! We had hot water issues and a previous plumber installed a new hot water heater and we continued having issues. The prior plumber refused to come out and re-look. We called Doug and he came the very next day, finding the issue right away involving a gas issue on BGE'S end. Turns out we never needed a new hot water heater as the prior plumber said. Would highly recommend. We are in Michigan and our daughter is in Baltimore, MD. We wanted a service that we could trust and reliable because we've never dealt with a boiler system at all. Doug called my husband and went to look at it and came back the next day and worked until it was fixed. We can't thank him enough for fixing the boiler and making it safe for our daughter. We will be keeping his number for future things. Doug called us about all the progress and any problems he had. We are thrilled.
