I ordered alpinestar Moto boots for my 8yr old a week ago. No update on shipping or order status. Have called multiple times, emailed multiple times with no progress. I had one email from James stating to call back the next day, thanking me for my business, stating he would help me, and still no follow up since then. I chose this company based off of them being family owned, and their website stating they cared about their customers. BAMF MOTO is a fantastic shop! James, the owner, is incredibly nice and couldn't me more knowledgeable. He encouraged me to reach out with any motorcycle product I was interested in purchasing even if it wasn't listed on his site. After making my first purchase with them I will continue buying all my gear through their small family owned business!
