BANF is at the cutting edge of cancer treatment. And their staff, facilities, and efficiency is outstanding.
Have come to appointments with my dad and there has been a huge tour of people come through almost every time. The care is 5 out of 5 but the lack of privacy and being gawked at?
I chose to get my PET scans at BAMF due to their advanced imaging technology. They have free valet and got me back into a room almost immediately. I had a very nice private room. The staff were incredibly friendly, explaining each step of the process. They got me back for the scan quickly. The staff also called for my car to be brought down as my scan was finishing up so it was warm and waiting for me as I walked out the door. First class service. Thank you!
Care was good but pricing is much different than what was discussed. I think their insurance billing doesn't match up with other local providers such as Corewell.
