Seven hours late for appt. Arrived at end of day and finished in the dark. Sloppy first install. Had to come back. Second day, promised 1pm and arrived 4pm. Had to fit me in around other appointments. Manager had mis-installed the bumper cover (hanging down) and drilled through the bumper cover to mount the brake pull-off sensor (instead of hiding down near a hitch point out of view).
