They were able to get me in the same day I called. Steve said 45 mins and it was done in 45 mins. I paid a very competitive price compared to other hitch install places that may take a lot longer. I highly recommend this place for the great job, quick install and great customer service.
I called this number and got the Brighton location, so I'm not sure if there's only one location or what the deal with that is, but the customer service I received was phenomenal. I needed a trailer hitch installed last minute during 4th of July week and Steve made sure that happened. They got me in same day and had me in and out in under 30 minutes for a fair price. Will highly recommend and return for any future needs
