One of the worst experiences at any boba shop ever, and I love Bambu but this place was horrible. Lady at the front was ok she seemed like she didn’t understand what I was saying half the time, and she was the only worker I literally waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, and to top it all off she made them wrong!! Never coming back here waste of time and money
Bambu Dessert Drinks has a nice variety of dessert drinks and the flavors themselves were decent. However, the overall experience could definitely be improved. Cleanliness was an issue — the space felt like it could be better maintained. One moment in particular stood out in a negative way: seeing staff wipe an overflowing drink with their finger and then put it in their mouth in front of customers is not a good look for any business.
