Bambu has been our family favorite in Houghton, but today I ordered food to take home and was extremely dissatisfied. The crab rangoon were soggy, not crispy and hot, they tasted oily. They are usually exceptional, but not today. Our cashew chicken was also not up to par. There was barely any sauce, it was very dry and did not taste fresh, broccoli was mostly yellow. Great place to eat! Our server Taylor was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. We had the chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious! Great atmosphere too! The air was very welcoming on the hot summer day.
