I tried Bamboos for the first time and found two hairs in my food, it completely ruined my dinner. I will never order from Bamboos again.
I got a flat tire in front of this establishment and went inside to let them know I was trying to get the tire fixed that same day. Instead of showing any understanding, they basically told me they would tow my vehicle if I left it there. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful during an already stressful situation. I have eaten here often, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.
I never leave reviews but I had to drop a warning to others. The food is great, but if you have a nut allergy I wouldn’t recommend it. I repeatedly marked a peanut allergy on my pickup order, both in the notes and on the final order screen. Unfortunately my girlfriend still had an allergic reaction to the food, luckily not anaphylactic. If you have food allergies, I would not recommend. Mistakes happen, but cross contamination should be taken very seriously and I worry it’s not at this location.
