Terrible service and quality of work was horrid. My poor hair! Avoid Libby if you can!
I went in for a trim, and came out with a nightmare. I asked for NO layers specifically and what I received was one huge layer on one side of my hair and nothing on the opposite side, an uneven cut in the back, and thin thin hair. She used texturizing scissors on my already thin hair to add body, but all it did was make my hair even thinner! (They claimed that they use those scissors on all their clients with thin hair for this effect, which makes NO sense to me. Why would you thin someone's hair who already has thin hair?) ... read more
