The first few times I came here it was a great experience and they lived up to their reviews. I don’t make an appointment and do not mind to wait if needed but they usually get you in a chair very quickly. That being said, the last 3 times I’ve had consistent issues. I went to Bamboo Nail Spot in Shelbyville this afternoon around 1:30 PM. I called ahead to confirm pricing for white tip acrylics and a polish change and was quoted \$65 total. Once I was seated with the lady in the back, she started on my nails but when it came time for the tips, she used regular clear tips instead of the white tips I had requested. Rio is awesome did a fantastic job helped with what I wanted and everything turned out great! I am going to return and def recommend this place!!
Don’t get your eyebrows done here .. They have no idea what they’re doing . My eyes are extremely raw and swollen. Eyebrow/lash BED is not sanitary.
