Great people, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service. The first time I went, a gentleman named Bihn attended to me and was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive. I highly recommend both him and Rio. I've been there twice so far, and it's been a great experience each time. Definitely a wonderful place to get pedicures and manicures! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wanted rounded nails. He did square. By the time I got him to understand what I wanted, he had to file them down to round the top leaving nails so short it doesn’t look like I had nails put on. The color I picked kept bubbling and he went to get a new bottle and came back with something different claiming it was the same. Had to keep insisting for my toes to be repainted to match. If I could give 0 as a rating I would. Doesn’t listen and my nails look worse than before going in. Will never return.

I’d leave a “0” if I could. Went with a wedding party to get manicures and pedicures for the wedding. During the brides pedicure the gel polish kept coming off, which he finally got it to stay on. Then they began her manicure. He got the shape wrong and tried to fix it which let her nails really short and still wrong.
