The first few times I came here it was a great experience and they lived up to their reviews. I don’t make an appointment and do not mind to wait if needed but they usually get you in a chair very quickly. That being said, the last 3 times I’ve had consistent issues. The first was an older lady that cut me with the drill on numerous occasions , next was a man that kept telling me that the color I picked off of the board would eventually get dark enough (it never did and I hated the color and he didn’t care) and finally a guy... read more

I went to Bamboo Nail Spot in Shelbyville this afternoon around 1:30 PM. I called ahead to confirm pricing for white tip acrylics and a polish change and was quoted \$65 total. Once I was seated with the lady in the back, she started on my nails but when it came time for the tips, she used regular clear tips instead of the white tips I had requested.
