I was sitting under the nail dryer for 45+ minutes as my nail tech went home, only for the others to discover he forgot to put a top coat on i guess and that's why it was taking so long. By that time, all they did was slap on the top coat after the nails had already been pretty much ruined and kicked me out with still-wet nails. And they overcharged me $5. Coming from out of town and needing a nail repair. They got me in quick and also did an amazing job on my color change/shaping
Nails are uneven in length and shape. I tried to explain what I wanted but the nail tech told her it wouldn’t look good. So she did what she wanted, not what I wanted. Unfortunately I will not be going back. Took 2.5 hours
I love going to Bamboo Nails Spa! I always feel welcomed every time I go there. I live closer to another nail salon but I go out of my way to come here. the staff is friendly and accommodating. My pedicure always comes out beautiful and the price is great! They just celebrated their 2 year anniversary and offered a discount. I highly recommend Bamboo Nail Spa. ❤️
