EDIT: they in fact did fix the nails when my friend went back and provided lovely service. definitely changed my impression of this location overall for the better. I’m grateful they fixed it and her new shape in design is gorgeous! Serious quality issues at this nail salon. My friend and I got an acrylic set done prior to our vacation and while mine turned out well her artist’s shaping and filing was extremely poorly done. Serious quality issues at this nail salon. My friend and I got an acrylic set done prior to our vacation and while mine turned out well her artist’s shaping and filing was extremely poorly done. My friend asked for an almond shape and was given a short and blunt oval shape instead with a thicker top. Apex of the nail doesn’t seem to exist and they came out overfilled and thick. Honestly, one of my favourite places to go for my nails. You really can show them a picture and they’ll just do it for you and they are so open to like suggestions and like changing it if you don’t like little things. Very very good nail salon. I always get Jen to do my nails.
