I seem to be the only one who had a disappointing experience last Saturday because this spa has so many great reviews. The salon itself is big, bright, clean, and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ended. My husband and I had back-to-back pedicure appointments. They took him first, knowing that I was getting polish and would take longer. Chloe has left to pursue new adventures. Today, my manicurist was Fiona. I decided to try something different so I chose Cats Eye. Iam very pleased with both the colour and the effect. I have already picked out the a different colour and effect for my next appointment. As always , I find Bamboo Nails a wonderful place to spend a relaxing hour to myself. Friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. I am looking forward to my next visit.
I went to Bamboo for the first time today and got a pedicure, but I wasn't happy with the application; polish wasn't on evenly and touch ups weren't working . I talked to the manager and asked to switch to shellac and the technician took off the old polish no problem and re-did my nails; they even gave me a discount for the trouble. Very pleased with my experience and will likely go there again (shellac next time haha)
Some of my nails fell off in couple of days. Went to get them fixed. They fixed them. Nice. 2 days 3 came off. Went to get them fixed. Service was poor. The lady skipped steps. Treated me rudely. I was trying to ask questions and she was so rude. They just lost a regular customer.
