I use to come here regularly to get my SNS set and my toes done but I stopped because I wasnt getting quality service I was paying for. I came today to give them one last chance. he's literally scrubbing my feet with a pumice stone with no soap no creme with my feet dry. this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had getting my feet done. so careless. I'm gonna have to rescrub my feet with a pumice stone when I get home. I won't be back.
I over love this place they know me by name! They remembered the service I received at my last appointment and the color I picked. They really make a girl feel special.
I am just super annoyed that I spent over $50 to get SNS with tips for them to only last 2 days and have 3 pop off. I went back in yesterday and they fixed them for free and today 2 more popped off, one of which was the fixed one from yesterday. They said they last 14 days, I didnt realize I was just practically throwing my money away.

Had a pedicure and my nails done today (SNS). Had a 1230 appointment but it was 1 o’clock before anyone bothered to start my pedicure. A walk in was taken ahead of me! Had to point out that the technician didn’t get all the callouses on my feet so he took a emory board to them! I have never had a worse pedicure! Even the nail tech did a sloppy job on my nails! He left residue under my nails so now I have to clean them up! My entire experience was horrible!! Definitely not going back! Need to get better help - ones that care ... read more
RecommendedI came in to Bamboo because I was having some acne issues, which I normally don’t have. I got the acne facial which was amazing! I woke up this morning with an almost clear face and only a tiny bit of redness. I really didn’t think it would help so much, but I’m glad to be proved wrong. I would recommend to anyone having acne problems.
