Clearly no one that works there has any knowledge of customer service and what that means. I went for a pedicure and waited thirty mins ..no biggie . However, in walks a lady and she gets serviced immediately. The lady did not have an appt so that was not the case. The guy just grabs a paper..no method and it just so happened to be hers. First try here today and honestly won't be back. I've been going to S and N out on 96 and love them! Tried here today because I was in the area and had time to waste. Got a pedicure and a burn from here. They heat their sugar scrub on a hot cup plate while they are doing the maintenance part of the pedicure. When it was applied it literally burned my skin!
