This spa is a Hastings treasure. Offers a wide variety of high quality services. Very professional, friendly, and talented staff.
Just finished touring Bamboo Mind & Body Spa and can’t wait for my first session. So great to see a new business starting in Hastings.

The most relaxing experience i have ever had . Japanese head massage is amazing and worth every penny. Treat yourself and get one !!!
What a great place with a even better staff! No matter what is bringing your mind and or body down, they will be able to help bring you back to feeling great! Membership is convenient and affordable too. Membership means you can use facility at anytime 24/7, very nice if you have no schedule like me. If you are not feeling like you definitely stop in and get a tour and consult!
