I went to this place as my daughters' guest for my birthday and was utterly embarrassed. They always try to impress me with beautiful places, but this one is truly disgusting. There is absolutely no privacy during the massage. The tipping issue was also a problem, as the staff insulted us for refusing to pay the exorbitant amount they demanded.I never want to go back.

This was the worst experience in the world I left my body super battered apart from the attention was horrible apart they charged us a tip that they never let us know and it was mandatory and since we refused to pay for it they pushed us they locked us up and insulted us it was the worst thing in the world

I visited this spa twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, my friend and I came for a foot massage. A female staff member massaged me, while a male staff member worked on my friend. When it came time to pay, we each tipped $10 — which was already more than 20% of the bill. This place has completely non-transparent pricing. The sign says a full-body massage is $40 for one hour - it’s actually 45-50 mins. At checkout, a guy insisted that a minimum tip of $15 is required — which was never mentioned upfront. I gave two $50 bills and asked for $45 back. Instead, the guy deliberately gave me only $40, assuming a 50% tip! When I questioned it, the guy rudely said “that’s not how we calculate it.” The massage itself was mediocre at best.
