We shared 3 different dishes tonight, and they were all great. The Garlic Beef was my favorite, closely followed by the Grilled Lamb. The Spicy Chili Noodles with Chicken were good too, but not for the faint of tastebud.
Get take-out! Get take-out!!! – The staff is just awful, but I don't think it's always their fault. The staff (or lack thereof) is just awful. The few waiters they do have seem way overworked. There's no bar tender and no busser, so unless the place is totally dead, you're going to be waiting forever for a cranky, disinterested waiter with a thousand other things on their mind. Unique food, Great Service – My wife and I visited yesterday after I had been about a week ago for lunch. I had a delicious combination lunch the last time but unfortunately it is not offered on the weekend. The waitress recommended an appetizer that we loved, cauliflower manchura. My wife wasn't crazy about what she ordered so the waitress quickly replaced it with something else. Combinations are very reasonably priced and portions are filling.
pathetic serving – I have been here few times before, while there service has never been at par last visit was totally disappointing. Server's were fighting with each other over who will serve and take order and you could clearly listen to it and unintentionally become part of there mess. This was not enough when I was charged gratuity while there were only 4 adults and one under 1.5 year old kid. It was my last visit for sure. Manish
Uninformed manager, very bad service, ok food, strict NO NO – Having read so much about this restaurant on this site (a rating of 9.0), a bunch of us went there the other day and we were in for a surprise. The guy who took our order had no clue about what kind of beer they serve at the place; had no clue about ingredients; had to run in every now and then to confirm with his chef or higher ups and couldn't speak properly. (Duluth location) Food OK, Service Bad, Prices high – The menu already informs you that 15% gratuity will be added to your check, no matter how many people are in your party. So, now that the serving staff already has your 15% in their pocket, they have no reason to be nice to you. Never seen any of the servers serving you with a smile. Isn't gratuity amount a customer's choice, based on the quailty of food, the service and satisfaction? The food is not that great either.
