: I don’t even want to give this place one star. I’ve often gotten my car washed here, but every time I leave, I tell myself I’m never coming back. The service quality is consistently poor. It seems like the only reason this place is still in business is because of its prime location—not because they actually care about their customers. They don’t provide even the most basic amenities like towels or cleaners, which any decent car wash would offer. A business that ignores the customer experience like this is bound to fail.
I will never use this car wash again. I have a classic car that just recently had the windshield replaced and it cracked again while running through here. Of course, the owners claim that they have no responsibility because they have a sign saying so. If it wasn't such a pain in the butt, I'd ask my lawyer to test that concept in small claims court. I felt sorry for the guy that was supposedly the shift manager, he looked quite uncomfortable what's the situation. It must suck to have to work for such terrible ownership.
I cant wrap my head around the value you get for the price. They don’t supply towels or sprays to wipe down your car. 4 of the 6 vacuums at my spot did not work or were broken. And they want to ask for a tip?
