If you just need a vacuum, this place works fine, but if you want full service car cleaning tools, you might want to look for another location,they only had a basic vacuum available and no cleaning supplies or other tools.

I've been going to this carwash for years, and this is how they treat you. My liftgate spoiler broke while I was in the middle of the tunnel, and they didn't want to be responsible. They assumed the spoiler was already loose(very convenient) Therefore, they won't pay for it. Also, they won't let you keep a copy of the video, and they won't even provide their name so you at least know who you talked to..
