We are so happy with the service and products we received from Bamboo Communication. Our company has multifamily and commercial buildings all over San Francisco and in other areas of the USA. Our tenants & residents are grateful we invested in the buildings and have more piece of mind for safety. I wish I could give Bamboo Comm. 5 stars because John is the most proactive and responsive business owner I've experienced in a while. So I give him 5 stars but the product, DoorBird, is really subpar. As others have mentioned, it is really slow. The app interface is terrible and I don't trust I will catch every person who rings my door because the alerts are so quiet (even on the loudest setting) and the lag time between them calling and the app connecting is very slow.
