This is about Bamboo Carwash in ***********. I took my new rav4 through the car wash and when I pulled to the vacuum side I notice what look like chemical damage and scratches to my wheels. I spoke to an employee who then brought the so called manager over. He went and checked some other cars and came back with the answer of you need to contact the dealership because it didnt happen here.
