Top Tier Every Year!!! My husband and I had our wedding cake done at the Bamboo Bakery. It was delicious and just what we asked for; a great addition to the special day. Our first anniversary we got the top tier of our cake and forgot how good it was. My husband was so excited about the cake, it has now become an anniversary tradition. Bad business pratice I have been ordering a birthday cake for many years. However, I recently placed a birthday cake order for my son and was told that I would get $25 off my order if I did their business reviews but that didn't happen. Bad business practice, cannot keep a promise to a loyal customer. I contacted the manager name David several times but didn't resolve the issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know in the future.
Excellent Customer Services We purchased our weeding cake from Bamboo bakery back in 2006 and was beautiful. We are now celebrating our 5 years aniversary April 22, 2011 and going to order a mini version of the cake just for the two of us. David was extremely helpful giving me ideas and suggestions. David took the time to speak to us and was very responsive. We got everything done in less than an hour. Will keep everyone posted on how the cake turn out.
I'll be back! These guys make the most creative cakes I have ever seen. Not only that but their cakes are also delicious! My kids always fight over the cake every time I order one from here. I have always expected poor customer service from asian places but this place is definitely an exception to that.
Yum Bamboo Bakery has always been our family go to bakery, and it will continue to be my number one bakery. I have placed orders for birthdays, mother days, and almost everything in between. I'm planning to order my engagement and wedding cake here, in a couple of years. My flavor would be the famous raspberry champagne cake.! Best thing ever! The cake that looks too good to eat, but even better when you are eating it!
Mrs. I ordered my wedding cake from Bamboo Bakery and everyone asked where the cake was from. Needless to say, I got a bunch of compliments on my cake. Not only was it beautiful, but it was also delicious. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
About Bamboo Bakery We ordered our first birthday cake this month from Bamboo Bakery and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!! My husband and I were anxious to try this new bakery and hoping the cake would be good. For a long time we have been trying many different bakeries looking for a good one and every time we have been disappointed. Finally we have found ??our bakery? that makes the most delicious cakes!!!

BEST CAKES EVER David our designer and the entire staff at Bamboo Bakery were very professional, customer service oriented and are wonderful designers, My Fiance, my mom, 4 yr old niece and I went to our cake tasting and design appointment and they treated everyone with the out most respect and attention to our suggestions they had great patience to also listen to my niece's liking of the cake.
