Finally, Salem has pizza!!! Real, honest to goodness wood fired pizza. Beautiful char on an amazingly tender crust, great toppings, melt in your mouth mozzarella, but the sauce was out of this world, almost stealing the show! I have been waiting for this for years. Your going to spend a few extra dollars here for pizza for two main reasons. The quality (the mozzarella is outstanding) and it's so good your going to eat way more than you should. Several hours after we ate we are still talking about it, craving it. Went in with 4 growing boys and ordered 3 pizzas. Gone in seconds so we ordered 2 more to make sure we had our fill. Bambolina is out of this world!! You'll never have a better pizza anywhere, let alone in a better atmosphere & so many other just as perfectly prepared appetizers, salads, & entrées! Will never be able to go back enough to continue to try all the options on the menu!

Brought my husband for the first time & we feel like we're in Italia! Delicious fresh thin crust wood fired pizza, Lambrusco, Italian Rose! We will be definitely be regulars here! Nice touch with the grissini & wood in the windows for the oven.
My husband and I dined at Bambolina last evening and are happy to announce that it is our new favorite spot in Salem. The ingredients were extremely fresh, the atmosphere is fabulous and the food was absolutely delicious! We tried the Wood-roasted Olives, the Caprese Salad, the Cured Meat platter with Figs, a Margherita Pizza and a Prosciutto Pizza and the best iced tea and Pinot Noir we have ever tasted. Try it as soon as possible but make sure to leave a table for us!
