I walked in expecting a simple hair appointment. What I got was the most unprofessional, rude, and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in any business, ever. The staff were EXTREMELY, rude like, shockingly rude. No greetings, no smiles, just attitude from the moment I walked in. The hairstylist clearly had no idea what they were doing. I’m won’t come back to this shop! I asked for knotless micro braids and that’s not what I got! The hair that I brought cost more than $300 plus the cost of the braids and to be lied to is actually insane
