I walked in expecting a simple hair appointment. What I got was the most unprofessional, rude, and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in any business, ever. The staff were EXTREMELY, rude like, shockingly rude. No greetings, no smiles, just attitude from the moment I walked in. The hairstylist clearly had no idea what they were doing.
