I’m a student at Henderson State, I have lived here for two years now. It’s well kept and clean, the landlord is very helpful and will help you with anything as soon as she can. Your parking is guaranteed and the laundry room is convenient, also it’s a short walk to campus. My sister also lived here for two years and loved it. Perfect for a first apartment or students.

This apartment complex is awesome and feels very much like a home! It is just enough space for myself. There are washers and dryers downstairs with easy access. I have very friendly neighbors. The landlord is always there to help when something comes up. She is very reliable and very personable. I am glad to have this experience for my first apartment.

These apartments are a great value. They are in a very nice location. The complex is walking distance to downtown, Henderson and Ouachita campus and a few restaurants. The neighborhoods around are also nice to walk and bike in. It is a very quiet location and also the neighbors are quiet. The landlord is very helpful with any problems that arise. I have been living there close to 3 years and have enjoyed it.
