Carissa is amazing. I live out of state and always make an appt with her when I’m in town. She cares about whatever pain you may be having and does her very best to help alleviate it. Highly recommend her.

Carissa is an absolutely amazing therapist! I have scoliosis, lower back pain and carpal tunnel. All of which is made worse by my occupation as a hairstylist. My carpal tunnel became extremely painful to and worsen to the point of cramping and not being able to move my fingers. Carissa chose myofascial release as the massage method to relieve the pain. Carissa is so knowledgeable about the muscular system and how to help with my issues. Her Myofascial release massages have improved my overall health. I haven’t experienced the muscle pain I used to. I know my body is working better for me because of the released fascia. Carissa is the best! She is keeping me healthy so I can do the things I need to do. Highly recommend her!
