What an awesum job they did repairing my car , even though the insurance company made a mistake they still took my car and when it was returned was clean and shiny🥰.also staff extremely helpful booking me taxis to and from the hire car company. I highly recommend this company
This is the best smash repairs place I have been to. The assessor was a kind gentleman whom you can immediately trust. I was told it would take 5 days and I had a contract come up and said I really needed it back on the promised day. The day I dropped her off they told the insurance company it was on track. The day before pick up they texted me and told me it was in buff mode and then on the day I received my car they were on touch several times. Absolute rubbish service. They will hold your car and not communicate on any ETA or further work being done. The manager is a know-it-all and such a show off. Horrible customer service and they will go out of their way to claim no fault on their end. Was constantly taking days off to pick up the car just to be told it wasn’t ready until the following day. DO NOT GO HERE!! If your insurance company recommends going here, advise them to recommend another repairer and save yourself further trouble.
My car was in better condition before it went in for repair. When I got my car back it had the following issues: - Broken windscreen - Scratches on the paintwork - Damaged rims - Loose trim - Terrible swirl marks from machine polishing BAM Smash repairs are shady, and pay no attention to detail. They will try and pin the new damage on you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
