Take your car anywhere but BAM Smash Repairs. My car had to be repaired through insurance and got transfered there from another repairer. The quote for insurance didnt get done for weeks and I was told "we had 25 cars towed in when yours came in so we will get to it whenever". Kept giving me and my insurance different answers to the same questions 10 minutes apart. Totally the best quality panel and body work I've experienced. They went over previous work I'd had done and the result was better than factory finish, they even polished the mag wheels. A manager, BJ, spent all the time I needed to explain everything, even though he was busy and required to help his reception staff with other issues. I can not recommend them high enough.
10/10 service & my car looks amazing. Thank you BAM team especially Akirah, you were so lovely, helped me with all the processes involved and put a smile on my dial Also had a chat with BJ out the front and what a legend, great family owned business - thanks guys ☺️
They were friendly during the initial quoting process; however, my experience changed once the repairs were completed. When I arrived to collect my car, I noticed new scratches and that the panel was not properly aligned. After raising this with the office, they initially disputed it and referred to their photos. The photos clearly showed the scratches were not present before the repair. After about 20 minutes, they agreed to fix the scratches and adjust the panel.
