After having a very tough time with another company through insurance, Bam exceeded all of my expectations and more. The team is so kind, attentive and very thoughtful from the start to end. I am very thankful for their hard work and dedication to fix my car. I highly recommend them and their work. I can’t fault them on anything, they communicated with me throughout the whole time and worked with me to get the work done at time so I wasn’t without a car.
Good service, friendly staff. Great prices, not out to rip you off. And they make sure you're looked after.
I would strongly advise against using BAM Smash Repairs Beenleigh. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite my vehicle repair being approved by Suncorp since late November 2024, BAM Smash Repairs has continuously delayed the process with poor communication and conflicting information. I was tasked with overseeing my sister's vehicle repair while she travelled abroad. Having bought herself a high roof Toyota HiAce Van, it took under two weeks for her to drive into an undercover car park and crush the roof. Needless to say insurance was involved who, in turn, assigned the work to their preferred repairer, BAM Smash Repairs.
