Hands down the best gym in the area. Craig and Melanie are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of fitness including supplements of any kind. There is a supplement shop to meet any need you have. Owners are incredibly nice and couldn’t ask for a better place to workout. 10/10 every day of the week!
Fantastic gym with good people. I was passing through town and got in a lift. Very reasonable day pass rate (10 bucks). Good people (I emailed with the owner and met her husband--both were incredibly helpful and friendly). Great gym: plenty of cages, DBs, KBs, essentially everything you could want. I will definitely hit it again next time I pass through. Excellent place.
Good owners, clean, reasonable price, all the equipment you could need, kinda small, but is never crowded, all equipment is very nice and taken care of.
