This has been the best shop around for a while, but new management has made the entire experience uncomfortable. Maybe it’s in response to a situation? Hoping this is temporary and will return to normal soon.
This place has changed so much! Wow. I was in here last week for happy hour (duh) and it was the usual rad visit. This week it’s a completely new store - they were bought up and made some major changes. It’s not terrible. But it’s also just… really terrible now. The employees are one of the only reasons I went to BAM - I love them, they are so lovely. Even the security is rad. Had a great discount buying some cartridges and trerolled found good discount
I am a regular customer, but my ID expired, I applied for a replacement, but the wait dragged on, dragged on so long that my temporary ID expired. And what was my feeling seeing these guys smiling and refusing to serve me on a day off. My feeling lasts for a maximum of 1 visit. And I am no longer a regular customer here!!!
