Cortney saw me on short notice and helped identify my sapphires. He was very generous with his time and knowledge. Jewelry is a trade where many practitioners are stingy with their knowledge, or even deceptive. It was a treat being able to talk with someone with a passion for gemstones.
Walked in off the street to get some advice about a pair of diamond studs I'd bought else where. The man who helped me couldn't have been nicer. Took a lot of time to help me understand what I'd bought and why they were valued as they were. Really appreciated it thank you.
