Biggest reason for the 5 stars is the availability, open 7 days a week and great hours that are convenient for those who can’t always make a 1030am on a Tuesday. I’ve always had a great experience with any of the therapists I’ve had for treatment, and always have felt like they focused on what I wanted for treatment. My most recent session the therapist utilized cupping and hot rocks with the massage and I don’t the last time I have felt more relaxed and not as sore from the training I put myself through. Baly came highly recommend for weekend appointments but unfortunately failed to live up to expectations. Although all staff were friendly and apologetic, there was a miscommunication and no front end staff which resulted in us waiting. Thankfully we had nothing planned and were able to get in for our hydro therapy and massages after about a 40 minute delay. The hydro chamber was a nice change from the negative temps outside but I didn't see an employee clean it or smell cleaner at all after my partner had been in it. My part... read more
