I had an appointment scheduled today with Dr. Rahul Chaturvedi, who has been our family physician for the past three years. However, upon my arrival, the receptionist informed me that my appointment would be canceled unless I paid an outstanding fine for a missed appointment last year. I understand the importance of clinic policies, but I was not given any prior notice about this fine. Drops patients after 6 months for ZERO reason nor notice. Apparently you have to make an appointment every 6 months to maintain a FAMILY DOCTOR. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Healthcare is a absolute joke
