For anyone who’s competed at the collegiate level or even just trains a lot this place is a gold mine. Hot and cold tubs plus a modestly sized sauna.. perfect type of place for recovering post workout or class. Not even mentioning scraping, cupping, and deep tissue massages. This is such a bargain for what they offer you.
All of the therapies are effective and the staff does a great job communicating the benefits of each. The cold plunge is great...once you get past the first 3 minutes! If you are doing high intensity workouts, Balunsd will make you feel better and get back into action faster. Great addition to our regimen.

My first experience with this wonderful staff and equipment. Honestly, I feel like I have new legs!! I'm not an athlete, but am standing through my entire shift at work. The normatic boot created a sensation that could never be duplicated by even professional massage. I will recommend Balunsd to everyone I know I see frequent visits on the horizon.
