This has been one of the hardest weeks for my family. Our sweet Moose became very ill. Dr. Keeton did all he could to try to save our sweet boy. Thank you to Dr. Baltzell for meeting us late Monday night and caring for Moose and a big thank you to Dr. Keeton for all you did. You guys gave us our goodbye that we really needed and we know how hard you tried to save him. We will forever be grateful to you guys and your staff. Highly recommend! I drive from North Platte to have my dogs cared for. The entire staff is fantastic. Dr Keeton has been m vet for 8+ yrs (I started with him at North Platte Vet Clinic). Dr Keeton is one of the best veterinarians I have ever found. My dogs adore him. I briefly tried another local clinic a couple years ago and they completely misdiagnosed a skin problem my dog was having. I got him to Dr. Keeton at Baltzell and we got him back on track. This is the clinic I trust with my boys!
Our little beagle suffered from severe anxiety, Doc listened and knew right away she didn’t need tranquilizers. We have a happy little dog now who is able to cope. Thanks Doc, she’s back to her old self again and we couldn’t be happier!
My daughter discovered that her young cat had a large lump on his spine and the cat wouldn't move with out crying out in pain. She called many vets seeking help with a payment plan- no vet would help without payment first. When I was finally able to respond and offered to pay the fees to this clinic the vet refused to see her cat even after I offered to pay the after hours fee. We moved to Ogallala in 1972 and all our dogs (and a cat or two) since we were married have been cared for by Baltzell Veterinary Hospital, starting with Dr. C.W. Baltzell and now with Dave and Rick. Currently our pets have received great care from Lynette, Melissa, Dave and Rick. Thank you!
