Baltimore Heating and Cooling guys are very professional. Both LJ and tech Matthew walked through the work in person. They honored their schedules, provided competitive estimates and pricing and professional service. Tech Matthew who came to do chimney liner installation is very professional, courteous and easy to work. They left the area clean and showed walked through the work. I recommend BHC!

Professional, timely and reasonably priced. When we were out of town and got an email from Google Nest that our top floor a/c had reached 87 degrees we called Baltimore’s Heating and Cooling and they were there the next morning and had the whole thing diagnosed and fixed - installing a new capacitor and hard start - in under 30 mins. Beyond impressed with them!
The owner who pretends to be a "supervisor" is very rude and a liar.... Very poor service
I reached out to this company to assist because my home is incredibly cold. They originally told they would come Friday 1/3 but later called and said they would come Saturday 1/4 at 9:00 am. By 10 I had not received a call they were a no call no show. I was getting prepared to leave my home at noon and finally get a call from them saying that they are taking care of a more important issue which is fine but the failure to communicate and waste of my day is what really frustrated me.
