I reached out to this company to assist because my home is incredibly cold. They originally told they would come Friday 1/3 but later called and said they would come Saturday 1/4 at 9:00 am. By 10 I had not received a call they were a no call no show. I was getting prepared to leave my home at noon and finally get a call from them saying that they are taking care of a more important issue which is fine but the failure to communicate and waste of my day is what really frustrated me. LJ was a life saver for us because we were selling our house and the only thing in the way was a malfunctioning boiler LJ diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day saving us alot of money! Thank you LJ and crew you are The Best!
Today I finally got my AC fixed. I called because my A.C wasn't cooling quite as much as it did. Well the owner came to my house. (Who is very rude) Kept telling me how many years he has been doing this work, and I should replace both my inside heating and the AC even a third thing. I ended up paying ten grand for everything new and it still doesn't cool as well as it used to. I don't blame the workers they were great. But the ownership of this company needs to start putting customers first instead of profit .
Very dissatisfied with this company. First I had a tech Matthew come to my home. He was great very friendly and very knowledgeable and caring. I was told he needs to call his supervisor, one I was on this phone with this man I was treated like I bothered the man, he swore at me, made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about I think he said his name was L.G.
