I accidentally showed up about 45 minutes early (7:30 am!) to drop off my cat for a spay. I forgot they don’t take animals until 8:30 but I have to have my child at pre-k by then! Farren was so nice and took our kitty anyways & didn’t even act like we were a pain in the butt for showing up way ahead of schedule. I’m sure we ruined her morning routine but she was the nicest & didn’t even bat an eye. THIS is why I drive 35 minutes to go to this clinic! �
Awesome selection and great atmosphere.the food was quite delicious.
I have had the best experience with this vets office . The staff is so compassionate and so willing to do whatever it takes to keep the animal comfortable. I will not go anywhere else from here out
They saw my dog a couple days ago. Today he took a turn for the worse. I called explained that I thought he was dying, the receptionist said it's a 3 hour wait. I tried to explain the severity of the situation and she said I can't let you go in front of people that are waiting (my thought is if they knew my dog was dying they would have understood). I said that I wasn't asking for that but since I only lived 5 minutes from there and 3 hours would be too stressful for him to wait in the vet, could they please just call me whe... read more
Been taking my animals there for over 10 years. They are always nice, knowledgeable and very good with the animals. Their prices are very reasonable which is also very appreciated.
We euthenized our elderly dog yesterday, and the vet and vet tech were so wonderful--warm, compassionate, loving, and patient. I'm sure they do this often, but they treated both us and our dog with the utmost care and respect during what is a difficult time for any pet owner. Thank you so much.
