i have a 2012 volvo truck with 250000 miles after i was waiting almost a week ,mr chuck give me the estimate of $6000. they was about to replace the turbo,but i took the truck from their shop,and i dropped to a regular shop, they find the real problem (turbo actuator),where i spend $1000. after 4 months my old turbo still ruining good. the diagnostic from the volvo dealer cost me @ $900
In parts service all the american guys are nice. Spanish guy with glasses terrible customer attention.
