The best in MD! Have been to many places but felt really confident to come back here and experience the very advanced practice! With wonderful and friendly staff and the best orthodontists ever!!!!!
We are treated so well when we go to BOG! Always welcomed with a smile, easy to talk with all the staff, and my daughter looks forward to coming. It helps that my youngest likes to give everyone hugs. We have been to both the Eldersburg & Ellicott City offices.
There are times when you are in and out in 30 minutes and times when you have to wait an hour but every time regardless of the wait time they are professional, and always kind. My daughter loves it there and can't wait to see her amazing smile in a few short months.
While the wait times can be long at times, that's to be expected, especially when you receive superb service. Every time we visit we feel like family. Staff members are always welcoming and professional. Office is clean and modern. My daughter appreciates everything they do for her and she knows she's going to walk out of here one day with an extra beautiful smile.
It's a great place and you can learn a lot about good hygiene
