We lived there 3 yrs and moved because of needing to be close to family. My disabled son lived there also. We moved out on July 31, 2016 and just now got our refund Sept. 16th for $32. Charging us for cleaning that had been done but they said it hadn't. Our deposit was $499. Definitey going to court on this one. If you do move there, take pictures both before you move in and when move out. You may need them.
